Villa del Cuppio is a beautiful villa located in the Marche region in the municipality of Pergola in the province of Pesaro and Urbino just a few minutes’ drive from the historic centre. The structure of the villa was built in the 1970s in a rustic style with exposed sandstone.

The finishes are of an excellent standard, the villa is arranged on various floors, in the basement we find a large garage, a cellar and two storerooms, from the garage we can access via an internal staircase to the ground floor, where we are greeted by a large living room with fireplace with various exits to the porch that runs on three sides of the house, where we can admire a fantastic view in absolute harmony with the territory. From the lounge there is access to the eat-in kitchen and then to an outdoor loggia where there is a wood-burning oven and a table for dining on warm summer evenings.
