General Description
Rustico Sant’Eustachio is a large stone and brick farmhouse built in several phases located in the municipality of Cagli in the Marche region in the province of Pesaro and Urbino. The oldest part dates back to the 13th century and was originally built as a small church.
In later centuries, the church lost its religious functions and the entire structure was converted into a farmhouse.
The structure of Rustico Sant’Eustachio enjoys a truly spectacular location with sweeping views of the valley and the Apennines with Monte Catria in the foreground.
Its size and location make this a very versatile property. It would be suitable for a family, for artists looking for space to create one or more large studios, ideal also for a business as it can be divided into several flats.
The house is in need of total restoration, the roofs are partially collapsed, water and electricity are present.
The centre of Cagli is about 6/7 km away.
