Poggio dell’Oncia is a large mountain farmhouse situated at about 820 metres above sea level in the municipality of Cagli in the Marche region in the province of Pesaro and Urbino. The farmhouse has a surface area of about 380 square metres and is divided into two flats and communal areas. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen and a large living room ideal for parties or conference rooms; on the ground floor there is a large tavern with exposed stonework where the old stables used to be, followed by the second flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Poggio dell’Oncia, due to its pleasant position, is ideal for families who want to remain isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city; it is reached by a private road where it is already possible to close it with a gate.
