General Description

Mulino Casalino is an old historic manor house located in the Marche region in the territory of Arcevia in the province of Ancona. Its structure is on four levels, built in stone and wooden beams, all original. The restoration was carried out in an impeccable world, combining the original materials with the modern functionality of the structure. Today it is used as tourist accommodation . The total surface area of the farmhouse is approximately 900 square metres.

Mulino Casalino consists of the owner’s flat with kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms, and three other flats intended for accommodation, each with kitchen and terrace. Then there are the old cellars, stables and the rooms where the millstones were located, which are only partially restored.
