Description 

Casale del Pesco is an enchanting stone rustic house, renovated in 2019, located about 1 km from the centre of Maiolati Spontini (AN) in the Marche region, immersed in the beautiful valleys of the hinterland of Ancona. The property is 40 km from Ancona and only 20 km from the town of Jesi, where all the main services can be found. The sea and Ancona airport can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car.

The farmhouse, accessible via a short stretch of unpaved road (about 300-400 metres), is surrounded by a park of about 1.3 hectares with fruit trees, olive trees in production and flowers. The courtyard, which is completely fenced off, measures approximately 3,000 square metres.

Inside the garden there is also an outbuilding with kitchen, bathroom, storage room, wood-burning oven and a large porch, which serves the panoramic concrete swimming pool (11.5 x 6 m), whose depth varies from 1.5 to 3 metres. The pool is equipped with a ladder and diving board; to make it as good as new, only the cover needs to be replaced.
