Casale del Pesco is an enchanting stone rustic house, renovated in 2019, located about 1 km from the centre of Maiolati Spontini (AN) in the Marche region, immersed in the beautiful valleys of the hinterland of Ancona. Inside the garden there is also an outbuilding with kitchen, bathroom, storage room, wood-burning oven and a large porch, which serves the panoramic concrete swimming pool (11.5 x 6 m), whose depth varies from 1.5 to 3 metres. The pool is equipped with a ladder and diving board; to make it as good as new, only the cover needs to be replaced.

From the property you can admire the rolling hills of the Marche region and, on a clear day, even the lighthouse of the port of Ancona!
