General Description
Le Massaiole is a small hamlet consisting of seven separate buildings of various sizes, the era of construction and the condition of the buildings are totally different, this small hamlet Le Massaiole was born as a peasant nucleus, until the beginning of the 1900’s it was used as a dormitory and home for families working in the nearby sulphur mine located a few kilometres away, situated in the hills between the medieval villages of Sassoferrato and Pergola on the border between the provinces of Pesaro Urbino and Ancona. The Borghetto le Massaiole property has a very quiet and reserved position, offering splendid views of the surrounding countryside and the Apennines to the south-southwest. One of the buildings is in good condition and could be made habitable with little work. This property is ideal for tourist accommodation.
